beach front bordering the northern border of the famous Saadani Game Park in

with wildlife on the beach.

100 acres including all the river.

This aerial
picture is taken at low tide. The river marks the border of the Sadaani National Park to the South.

The northern border line marked is approx. The whole property is 100 acres.
If you find this spot on Google Earth please note the interesting river
formations at 3kms and 6 kms further south.

Image above shows Saadani park in relation to the plot.
The Sima river is the boundary of the park.

Along a stretch of 881
meters the property runs along the well-maintained Sadaani-Pangani Road. Mkwaga village is 8 kilometers north and the rangers post for the park is 3
kilometers south. Adjacent to the road on the western boundary of the road an agreement
has been reached that the owner is permitted to clear a runway.

Droppings from more
than 30 wildlife species including lion and elephant can be found in the dry season while walking in the
creek, which is the northern border of the National Park.
|
|

Predators as well as
monkeys and a number of ungulates are taking the easy creek way to get to
the beach.

the reef.
Further investigation revealed they were fishing for crabs.

Looking north back to the plot.
The casuarina trees in the distance is our northern border.
Next neighbour after that is 5 kilometres north.
700 meters beachfront. To the south the 60
kilometers of beach bordering the game park is a Turtle
Sanctuary.

|
Here the Southern end of the beach. Northern Zanzibar is only 40 kilometres
across the water.
Zanzibar Town is 52 kilometres.
|
|

Directly located in the
triangle of Tanga, Dar es Salaam and Zanzibar the property is well
accessible from all sides. Sadaani Park is just 110 kilometres North of
Dar es Salaam. It is 60 kilometres through the National Park on the route to
Dar.
This also means our southern beach is 60 kilometers long
where no buildings can be constructed. 60 kilometres of private beach!
|
| Easy beach access is given along the 750 meter North
border. |
|
|
|

On the other side of the road, here not visible, the owner organized sufficient land for an airstrip.
Keep in mind, by car Dar es Salaam as well as Tanga is still 3 highly
interesting hours away. As it can be seen here, all land between road and ocean as well as river
and the tall casuarinass on the beach belong to the property.

Also the winding shape of the river frontage will give a lot more
distance than that of the straight line. Therefore it can be expected that the footprints along the river could
be up to 50/60 meters each.
